Shipping

We offer shipping across the USA for now. If your country is not on the list, we cannot currently ship orders there. From time to time, we may add or remove countries so you can always check back to see if your country is listed. If you do not see your country on the list, you can contact us and ask them when shipping to your country may be available. You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched with Tracking information.

 How long will it take to receive my shipment?

After your order is placed, we will require 3-5 business days to process, pack and dispatch your items. We do not ship on weekends or US public holidays. Once your order is in transit, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Shipping Rates

We only offer 2 shipping rate options and here is the break down. We advise you check the shipping rate as they are assigned to the size of the box.

Large Box cost  $24.90 and can contain   

3 of the 32s
7 of the 16s
5 of the 16s and 3 of the 8s
12 of the 8s
6 of the 8s and 3 of the 16s
2 of the 32s and 2 of the 16s
2 of the 32s and 3 of the 8s

 

Medium box  cost $18.75 and can contain

2 of the 32s
5 of the 16s
3 of the 16s and 4 of the 8s
8 of the 8s

 

Returns

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Therefore, we do not accept returns for these products. If you have any complaints, Kindly contact us at hellofloodwoodsmaple@gmail.com;

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hellofloodwoodsmaple@gmail.com and await further instructions

Return Fee (if applicable)
To return your product, you should mail your product to 812 Floodwoods Road, Waitsfield VT 05673.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
